Living pHure - Our Story

On my site, you’ll find a compilation of ideas, perceptions, and experiences meant to serve as a guide to genuine health and well-being. The concepts that are introduced in this text are a result of my personal experience as well as the experiences of my clients/patients and friends over the past 17 years.

While these precepts may not seem relevant to each and every individual, I have found them to be instrumental in the reversal and/or prevention of a vast majority of inflammatory and chronic conditions among individuals who have taken responsibility for their own health and have used these guidelines to fashion their very own nutritional regimens.

The concepts are simple and are based upon two key factors; 1) proper, if not optimal hydration and 2) blood and tissue pH balance . Over the years I have seen and experienced many weight loss diets, food fads, mainstream nutritional models and designer supplementation programs come and go. Yet still, our culture is besieged with chronic illnesses and conditions for which there seem to be no solutions or basic understanding.

However, recently there have been a select number of medical doctors, naturopaths and microbiologists who have been looking at health from a totally different perspective. They have been focused on how nutrients are assimilated and processed on a cellular level within the blood stream itself and how water, quality water, plays a major role in all metabolic processes and chemical reactions within the human body.

It is from this perspective that I have designed this website. Much of the information presented here comes from various publications, the most notable being Dr. Peter J. D’ Adamo’s “Eat Right 4 Your Blood Type,” Dr. Robert O. Young’s “The pH Miracle,” Dr. F. Batmanghelidj’s “Your Body’s Many Cries for Water,” and from a spiritual / molecular perspective, “Dancing with Water” by M. J. Pangman and Melanie Evans. It’s my hope that this text educates you as well as motivates you to better understand your role in maintaining your body’s basic needs and to adapt a nutritional lifestyle that will insure you optimal health for years to come.
